Microwave Pasta Pizza

This pizza flavored pasta is easily microwaved. Using yummy ingredients like angel hair pasta, pizza sauce, cheeses, Italian seasoning and more.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Angel hair spaghetti
• 2 tb Vegetable oil
• 1/3 c Chopped green pepper
• 1/4 c Chopped onion
• 1/2 c Pizza sauce
• 1/4 c Sliced pitted black olives
• 1 c Shredded mozzarella or Provolone cheese
• 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  

Directions:

1. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse and drain.
2. Heat oil in 9 inch nonstick skillet.
3. Add cooked pasta, pressing into an even layer.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Invert pasta onto serving plate browned side up. Set aside.
6. Combine green pepper and onion. Microwave at high for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over noodles.
8. Top with green pepper, onion and olives. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning.
9. Microwave at 70% on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Rotate plate once.
10. Cut into wedges.
