These tacos are made with beef, onion, tomatoes cheese and more. The addition of the evaporated milk makes them extra creamy.
2 lb. Ground beef
1 large Onion; chopped
1 can Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
1 can (large) tomatoes; chopped
1 can Ranch-style beans
1 pack Chili mix
1 can (small) evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Pasteurized processed cheese
In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain.
In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts.
Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips.
