Creamy Tacos

These tacos are made with beef, onion, tomatoes cheese and more. The addition of the evaporated milk makes them extra creamy.

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. Ground beef
• 1 large Onion; chopped
• 1 can Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
• 1 can (large) tomatoes; chopped
• 1 can Ranch-style beans
• 1 pack Chili mix
• 1 can (small) evaporated milk
• 1/2 lb. Pasteurized processed cheese
• Tortilla chips
  

Directions:

1. In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain.
2. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese.
3. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts.
4. Add ground beef & onion mixture.
5. Serve over corn or tortilla chips.
