Use this low fat corn flake crust for any refrigerated pie. Easily made right in the microwave.
2 Egg whites
3 tb Equal, sugar substitute
4 c Corn flakes
In medium bowl, beat egg whites with Equal. Add corn flakes, stir to mix
and lightly crush corn flakes.
Press into a lightly greased 9 inch glass pie plate. Microwave at high 3-5 minutes or just until crisp and set. Cool.
Makes 1 pie crust.
