This dish is made with chicken breasts, Teriyaki sauce, potatoes, and green onions. Delicious and made in the microwave.
4 md Potatoes, cut into thin Wedges
1 lb. Boned and skinned chicken Breast halves, cut in 1" Slices
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Sliced green onions
1/4 c Teriyaki sauce
Microwave potatoes 8 -10 minutes until tender.
While potatoes are cooking, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
Add potatoes; sauté and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.
Add onions and Teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through
