Chicken Teriyaki and Potatoes

Recipe

This dish is made with chicken breasts, Teriyaki sauce, potatoes, and green onions. Delicious and made in the microwave.

Ingredients:

  • 4 md Potatoes, cut into thin Wedges
  • 1 lb. Boned and skinned chicken Breast halves, cut in 1" Slices
  • 2 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c Sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c Teriyaki sauce

Directions:

  1. Microwave potatoes 8 -10 minutes until tender.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes; sauté and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.
  4. Add onions and Teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through
