In this dish, the cream sauce is easily made in the microwave and the chicken is baked in the oven topped with the sauce.
8 Chicken breasts without skin; boneless
1/2 Envelope dry Italian Dressing Mix
4 oz. Cream cheese; fat-free
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; fat-free
1/2 c Green onion - green part only; chopped
1/3 c Dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350.
Lay chicken breasts in baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
In microwave heat dressing mix, cream cheese and soup until well blended. Add the green onion stems and wine.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake 1 hour.
