This caramel pop corn is made with brown sugar, dark Karo syrup, margarine and more. Easily made right in the microwave.
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Margarine (or butter)
1 c Karo (dark) syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking soda
4 quart Popped popcorn
Bring to boil in microwave safe bowl, sugar, margarine, and syrup. (1
min) Cook 1 min longer. Mix in Vanilla and Baking soda.
Pour mixture over Popcorn and mix. Place coated popcorn in a large paper bag.
Microwave 4 minutes turning and shaking every minute. Spread on wax paper to cool.
