These barbecued baked beans have never been easier! Just make them right in your microwave.
2 Slices bacon, cut into 1/2 Inch pieces
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 16 oz. cans baked beans
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Barbecue sauce or 1/4 cup Ketchup plus 1 T Dijon Mustard
Combine bacon and onion in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave
on high power 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion is tender and bacon
Stir in beans, brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on Medium power 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 4 minutes.
