Baked Egg Custard

This baked egg custard is made easily by using your microwave.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. Skimmed milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 drops Sweetener

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg lightly, and stir together with milk and sweetener.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the warmed milk into the egg.
  4. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg over the top.
  5. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  6. Leave to stand.
