Baked Egg Custard

This baked egg custard is made easily by using your microwave.


6 oz. Skimmed milk
1 Egg
2 drops Sweetener


 Beat the egg lightly, and stir together with milk and sweetener.

Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir the warmed milk into the egg.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg over the top.

Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. Leave to stand.
