This is an easy recipe for jam that uses apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Make this right in your microwave!
2 Apples, peeled cored
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1-1/2 Cup sugar
1
tsp. Cinnamon
Mix together the apples, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium microwave safe
mixing bowl.
Place in microwave and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or
until mixture is tender. Beat with a blender until blended.
Place back into microwave and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the
mixture is slightly thickened, stirring once. Stir in lemon juice.
Spoon mixture into a small jar, and place in refrigerator.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups of jam.
