1 lg Washed apple, top and core removed
1 ts Sugar
1 ds Of cinnamon
Sprinkle the inside of the apple with the sugar and cinnamon.
Place in a baking dish, with a few spoonful's of water at the bottom. Bake until tender or 30-45 minutes.
(NOTE: this is a good one for dessert for the whole family. Adults can sprinkle nuts on top of their portions).
