Peggy's Pasta with Meat Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb. ground bee
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 white or yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Cajun seasonings (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown ground meat along with the onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Drain.
  2. Add seasonings.
  3. Add cooked pasta and pasta sauce then simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with garlic bread and a nice salad.

Serves 4.

I was out of garlic bread, so I made my own with hot dog buns! Just saute some butter with some chopped garlic, spread on hot dog buns and toast.
