Classic German Burgers

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 md Onion; minced
  • 3 tb Minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Eggs; beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg
  • 2 tb Flour
  • Butter for frying
  • 2 large Onions; thinly sliced into rings

Directions:

  1. Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
  2. Fry in melted butter until desired doneness.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
