Classic German Burgers


2 lb. Lean ground beef
1 md Onion; minced
3 tb Minced fresh parsley
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg
2 tb Flour

Butter for frying
2 large Onions; thinly sliced into rings


Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties.

Fry in melted butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm.

Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
