1 pound of ground beef
2 teaspoons of instant minced onion
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
One 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed tomato soup
One 16 ounce can of sliced carrots, drained
One 12 ounce can of vacuum-pack whole kernel corn
1 cup of biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup of butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons of boiling water
2 tablespoons of sesame seed
Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. S-t-r-e-e-t-c-h it two
ways! You can make Sesame Topping double as a pie crust.
Pat the dough with floured hands into a 9 inch pie plate, bringing the pastry to the edge of the pan. Flute the edge if you like; do not prick.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool, and it's ready for your favorite filling.
