Cheesy Meatball Soup

Ingredients:

Meatballs:

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Soup:
2 cups water
1 cup whole grain corn
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 cup potatoes, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce jar) Cheez Whiz; add after soup is cooked

Directions:

Mix all ingredients for meatballs and shape into small balls.

Add all soup ingredients except Cheez Whiz in large pot, and add meatballs.

Stir gently. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low until vegetables are done, about 2 hours.

Before serving, add Cheez Whiz and stir gently. May also cook in crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
