Baked Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil
2 cups tomatoes
2 (12 ounce) cottage cheese
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 pound mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown meat, add next six ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick (45 minutes to an hour.)

Cook noodles until tender, drain. For lasagna, combine cottage cheese and with next 4 ingredients, place noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and meat in layers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
