This Blueberry Breakfast Shake Recipe is from The Food Section Of The Denver Post Magazine Section 07-31=94

Ingredients:

  • 2 c Plain Yogurt
  • 1 c Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 md Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 c Orange Juice

Directions:

  1. Combine the yogurt, blueberries, banana, and orange juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into glasses.

Yields: 4 servings.
