Apricot Anise Collins Drink

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Oz. Apricot Brandy
• 1 1/2 Oz. Gin
• 1 1/2 Tsp. Anisette
• 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Slice Lemon
  

Directions:

1. Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
2. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly.
3. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve drink.
