Apricot Anise Collins Drink

Ingredients:

1/2 Oz. Apricot Brandy
1 1/2 Oz. Gin
1 1/2 Tsp. Anisette
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Carbonated Water
1 Slice Lemon

Directions:

Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.

Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve drink.
