Pork and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 lb. boneless pork chops
1 rib celery, sliced thin
1 T. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 bay leaf
1 chopped onion
1 small can chicken broth
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced

Directions:

Put the pork chops on the bottom and top with remaining ingredients. Cook all day on LOW.

Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve with piping hot cornbread.
