Cajun Country Corn Bread Recipe

Cajun Country Corn Bread

8 ounce Plain yogurt
1/4 cup Vegetable cooking oil
1 Egg
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Enriched cornmeal
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
