Kids Smoothie Recipe Banana Power
Ingredients:


2 bananas
1/4 cup shredded wheat (or other high fibre cereal)
1 cup milk

Directions:

Cut fruit into chunks and place in blender along with all remaining ingredients.
Blend on high for about 1 minute.
