Coconut, Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Cookies


1 cup oleo
1 cup brown Sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
Cream all of the above together:
ADD 1 cup at time:
2 cups flour
2 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup angel flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup choc. Chips
1cup soft raisins


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cream together the first 8 ingredients.

Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add these to the creamed ingredients, one cup at a time.

To soften raisins, soak in hot water for about 5 minutes and drain..

Make balls and put on un greased cookie sheet. And bake about 15 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
