Butter Pecan Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 C. butter
• 3/4 C. brown sugar
• 3/4 C. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 C. sifted flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 C. finely chopped pecans
  

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat thoroughly.
2. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Mix well.
3. Drop from a teaspoon onto an un greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until delicate brown.
