1 pkg. white cake mix
2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 oz. hot water
desiccated coconut, shredded
Make up cake mix according to package directions. Pour into 9-inch
square pan. Bake as directed.
Chill thoroughly before cutting into squares. Sift powdered sugar and blend with cocoa, then mix in hot water.
Coat cooled squares in icing mixture and roll in coconut.
