Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 C (375ml) Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1 lb (450g) Confectioners' Sugar
• 1 1/2 C (375ml) Peanut Butter
• 1 C (225g) Butter, melted
• 1 bag Milk chocolate chips (bag-12 oz or 338g)
  

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine graham crumbs, Confectioners' sugar and peanut butter and mix well. Add in melted butter and mix until well combined. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 inch (22x33cm) pan.
2. In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips. Spread the melted chocolate over peanut butter mixture.
3. Chill until firm and cut into bars.
