No-Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups C&H® Powdered Sugar
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can (15-oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Beat together sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice (see Quick Tip for substitute).
  2. In large mixing bowl at medium speed, 1-2 minutes until fluffy. Add pumpkin; blend well.
  3. Spoon into pie crust (store-bought or homemade). Chill overnight.
  4. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Quick Tip: Substitute for pumpkin pie spice: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/8 tsp. ginger and 1/8 tsp. cloves.
