Banana Split Sundaes

Banana Split Sundaes


  • 2 oz. Semisweet Chocolate
  • 1/4 c Light Corn Syrup
  • /4 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tb Unsalted, Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 Small Bananas, Quartered


  1. Place chocolate in a 2-cup measure.
  2. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or till melted, stirring once.
  3. Stir in corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or till heated through. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Serve warm atop ice cream.
  6. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  7. Arrange quartered bananas around ice cream
