Easy Italian Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Italian dressing, Caesar dressing, or favorite vinaigrette
1 small can sliced mushrooms - drained (use 2 cans if desired)
Parmesan cheese - to taste
paprika - to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Trim any excess fat from chicken. Season chicken if desired

Spray rectangular or oblong casserole dish with Pam. Lay chicken in pan.

Pour dressing over chicken. Lift the chicken so some gets underneath.

Scatter mushrooms over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink but still juicy.
