Green Onion-Soy Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients.
2.  Marinade chicken as usual.
3. Use in recipes calling for marinated chicken.
