Homemade Peach Jelly

Make this delicious homemade peach jelly instead of buying from a store.

Ingredients:

• 3 1/2 C peach juice
• 1 box Sure Jell
• 1/2 tsp. Butter
• 4 1/2 C Sugar

Directions:

1. Pour juice in heavy pot, whisk in sure jell, add butter.
2. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in sugar and return to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
4. Boil exactly 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and put in hot jars.
6. Water bath for 5 minutes
