- 6 ears corn, grated, or 1 can cream style corn
- 3 eggs
- 1 scant cup flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 TB sugar
- 2 tsp. baking
- 1 tsp. salt
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add corn, four, and seasonings.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then baking powder.
- Drop in
deep hot grease in a heavy skillet, and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper
