Easy Seafood Mornay

Seafood Mornay Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Sea scallops
  • 2 ounces Salmon; diced
  • 2 ounces Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Green onion; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 ounces Heavy cream
  • 1 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce Chardonnay
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • Cooked pasta (optional)

Directions:

  1. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the teaspoon of  olive oil.
  2. Add the scallops, shrimp and salmon.
  3. Sauté this mixture until the seafood begins to curl.
  4. Splash with the Chardonnay white wine.
  5. Add the heavy cream and bring all to a gentle boil.
  6. Add the hot sauce and parmesan cheese till it thickens.
  7. Serve over pasta or on the side.

Note* You can always add or take away the seafood you don't like. Add more of one thing, or add something else. Put your own spin on it!
