Quick Creole Shrimp

This Creole Shrimp may be quick and easy, but you sure couldn't tell it by it's amazing taste!

Quick Creole Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb. frozen uncooked cleaned large shrimp, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Toss shrimp with seasoning.
  2. Cook and stir garlic in dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min. or until pink, stirring occasionally.
  4. Top with parsley.

 

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot cooked brown rice and peas. Shortcut: When every minute counts, substitute 1 Tbsp. bottled minced garlic for the minced fresh garlic.

4 servings, 3/4 cup each
