Easy Shrimp Florentine
When it comes to cooking, we would all love for it to be easy, but it's not
always delicious! This shrimp dish is not only easy, it is oh, so,
1 small chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons cream (half-and-half)
27 ounces drained spinach
10 ounces small canned shrimp (or more)
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
- Cook onion in butter until soft.
- Mix in spinach and spoon into individual shallow baking dishes.
- Place the drained shrimp on top of spinach mixture.
- Mix the soup, cream, and nutmeg very well and pour over shrimp.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees oven for about 20
