Cajun Buttered Shrimp
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- lb peeled raw shrimp
- 2 tbs parsley,
- 2 tbs green onion tops, minced
- In a 2 quart casserole, melt butter and add onion and garlic.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
Worcestershire sauce, salt, hot sauce and shrimp. Stir to mix. Cover
with waxed paper and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir.
on high for 3 minutes or until all shrimp are pink. Add parsley and
onion tops after cooking. Taste to adjust seasonings.
