Baked Red Fish  Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 Redfish fillet
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste


  1. Place fish in baking pan and season with salt, pepper, butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce on both sides.
  2. Top with sliced onion and bell pepper.
  3. Seal pan with aluminum foil and bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
