Tangy Cranberry Bread

Ingredients:

1 tb Butter
1 tb Dry milk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
1/4 c Cranberries, dried
2 c White bread flour
2 tb Orange marmalade
2 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 c Cranberry juice

Directions:

Wanna bet there's nothing new to do with that leftover turkey? This moist, light bread promises to redefine your idea of a turkey sandwich.

But don't stop there... try a slice of sharp cheddar with a little English mustard. Experiment - and enjoy!

Success Hints Place dried cherries away from water if using the delayed bake cycle.

Use the regular, rapid bake or delayed bake cycle. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine.
