Tangy Cranberry Bread


  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 tb Dry milk
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
  • 1/4 c Cranberries, dried
  • 2 c White bread flour
  • 2 tb Orange marmalade
  • 2 ts Yeast, active dry
  • 3/4 c Cranberry juice


  1. Place dried cherries away from water if using the delayed bake cycle.
  2. Use the regular, rapid bake or delayed bake cycle.
  3. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine.

Recipe yields 1 loaf of Tangy Cranberry Bread
