Nutty Coconut Bread

Ingredients:

1 tb Butter
1 tb Cream of coconut, canned
1 ts Salt
1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Yeast, active dry
3 tb Pecans
3 tb Walnuts
3/4 c Water

Directions:

This softly subtle bread has a wonderful, chewy texture. The coconut, pecans and walnuts make a harmonious trio in morning toast.

Or serve this bread freshly-baked as an accompaniment to your favorite fruit salad.

Success Hints For optimal flavor, use pure canned coconut milk instead of the water-added variety. For additional chewy crunch, use shredded coconut.

Use regular or rapid bake cycle. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
