Light Rye Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tb Butter
  • 1 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 c + 2T Water
  • 1 tb Cornmeal
  • 1/2 tb Caraway seeds
  • 2 1/2 tb Sugar
  • 2 1/4 c White bread flour
  • 2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
  • 3 ts Yeast, active dry
  • 3/4 c Rye flour

Directions:

  1. Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle. 3 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine

Makes 1 loaf of light rye bread.
