Light Rye Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 tb Butter
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 c + 2T Water
1 tb Cornmeal
1/2 tb Caraway seeds
2 1/2 tb Sugar
2 1/4 c White bread flour
2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
3 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 c Rye flour

Directions:

In the mood for your favorite ham sandwich? This is the bead for you. This light loaf was created with sandwiches in mind.

Success Hints: Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle. 3 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine

Makes 1 loaf of light rye bread.
