Italian Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 c Water
1 c Wheat bread flour
1/3 c Pesto sauce
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
3 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 ts Salt

Directions:

This is a light wheat bread with a succulent pesto flavor. Serve it plain or use it for garlic bread with spaghetti or lasagna.

Success Hints: Use freshly prepared pesto sauce or make your own.

Stir the sauce well before measuring to blend oil.

Use regular or rapid bake cycle 3 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine.

Makes 1 loaf of Italian white bread.
