Full Harvest Bread

Ingredients:

1 tb Butter
1 tb Dry milk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
1/2 c Water
1/2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 tb Maple syrup
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 c Pumpkin seeds
1/4 c Pumpkin, canned
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Yeast, active dry
3/4 ts Ginger, ground

Directions:

Rather than sweet, this loaf is a full-bodied squash bread, reminiscent of acorn squash.

The pumpkin seeds are a wonderful, distinctive touch; they give the bread crunch along with a special taste of autumn.

Success Hints Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling). Use regular or rapid bake cycle. 2 ts Yeast, active dry - or - 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
