English Muffin Bread

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 ts Sugar
• 1 c Water
• 1/2 tb Yeast
• 2 c Flour, bread
• 2 tb Milk, powdered
• 3/4 ts Salt
  

Directions:

1. This is a really good, easy way to get that English Muffin taste and texture. Great bread to have set on the timer for a hot breakfast bread.
2. In order to have proper texture, there will be a sunken top to this bread.
