1 1/4 ts Sugar
1 c Water
1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Flour, bread
2 tb Milk, powdered
3/4 ts Salt
This is a really good, easy way to get that English Muffin taste and
texture. Great bread to have set on the timer for a hot breakfast bread.
In order to have proper texture, there will be a sunken top to this bread.
Makes 16 servings of English Muffin bread.
