Bran Bread

Ingredients:

1 lg Egg
1 tb Milk, powdered
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Yeast
1/3 c Cereal, bran
1/4 c Sugar
2 c Flour, bread
2 tb Oil
3/4 c Water; warm

Directions:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.

Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

After the machine shuts off, wait about 5 minutes before removing.

16 servings of bread.
