Apple Oat Bread
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 tb Dry milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
- 1/2 c Dried apricots, chopped
- 2 c White bread flour
- 3 tb Apricot jam
- 3 ts Yeast, active dry
- 3/4 c Water
- Use the
"light" crust feature if your machine provides it.
- Use dried
apricots preserved without sulfur dioxide, which sometimes deactivates
- Use a jam with a high fruit content and few other
- Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle. 1 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine, or 3 ts Yeast, active dry.
