Deep South Ham & Redyeye Gravy



  1. Place 10" skillet over med-high heat until hot. Add butter, tilt skillet to coat bottom. Add ham steak, cook 3 min. turn cook 2 min longer.
  2. Remove ham; place on service platter and set aside. Increase heat to high, add coffee, sugar, pepper sauce.
  3. Bring to boil and continue boiling 2 to 3 min until reduced to 1/4 cup liquid, scraping bottom and sides spoon over meat
