For this antipasto appetizer you need green pepper, mushrooms, cauliflower, tuna fish and more. Serve with crackers.



  1. Finely chop peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower.
  2. Cook in hot oil for 5 minutes, mix well. C
  3. ook 5 minutes longer.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars, cool and refrigerate.
  5. When serving, place antipasto in a pretty dish, surround with crackers.
