Asparagus Roll Ups

This recipe for Asparagus Roll Ups uses asparagus, bread, cheese, etc. then rolled up and baked in an oven. Generally served as an appetizer.

Asparagus Roll Ups

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Asparagus
  • 1 Loaf Bread
  • 4 oz Bleu Cheese
  • 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Directions:

  1. Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice.
  2. Mix bleu cheese, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, cream cheese and seasonings.
  3. Spread on bread. Place an asparagus spear on top and roll up. Roll in melted butter and cut in thirds.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
