Seafood Lasagna Recipe... July 06, 2004
Hi Y'all,

I don't know about you, but it has been a month since we have been able to mow grass! Any more rain, and we might end up in your backyard! :o)

Seafood Lasagna


lasagna noodles
20 oz mushroom soup
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup milk
1 cup chopped onion
5-10 oz crabmeat
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans shrimp
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 tsp basil
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt


Cook noodles. Sauté onion in butter, add cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Drain seafood add milk soup, cottage cheese and 1/ 4 cup each cheese.

Layer noodles,1/2 cream cheese mixture,1/2 seafood mixture,1/2 cheese.
Repeat. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.

(I like to add more cheese and scallops as you can't have too much seafood.)
