Today's Recipe Posted by Honeyone at the message board, thanks so much
for sharing!

Plum Sauce Pork Chops Recipe

1 cup plum preserves
1/4 cup dijon country style mustard
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 green onion minced

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to
mix until preserves and sugar melt and all are blended well. I found
a whisk made blending in the brown sugar easier.

Coat chops with the sauce while grilling and then just before serving
add a dab on the top of each chop.

New Requests:

"For 7 years I have been looking for a recipe for a shrimp and
macaroni salad that you boil the shrimp then the macaroni in the same
liquid. I know some of the ingredients include fried bacon, plenty
of chopped green seasonings and mayonnaise. I don't remember where I
got the recipe but every speck of the salad went when I used it for
my husband's 50th birthday party. Please help me if you can. Thanks,
Ruthie"

There are still a few requests that have already been posted in the
newsletter but have not been answered, please check in at the message

Today's joke was posted by Old CooT at the message board, thanks so
much!

Thibodeaux Drowned

Boudreaux and Thibodeaux decided to leave their jobs at the crawfish
farm to get better jobs in the big city. So they went to N'Awlins and
got a job at one of the breweries there. Just a couple of weeks after
they started work, Thibodeaux fell into one of the beer vats and
drowned. Well it fell on Boudreaux to go back to Catahoula and tell
Mrs. Thibodeaux that her husband had drowned. ...
