Crostini of citrus clams Recipe, Who Me? Joke...September 25 2005

Hi Y'all,

A big welcome to all of our new members, and a great thank you for
the ones that have stuck with us!

Oh my goodness, what a mess with this last hurricane Rita, huh? Just
get finished with Katrina, now this one! Hurricane season isn't even
over yet either.

I am just so sorry for anyone that was affected by either one of these
storms, or any storm for that matter. We wish you all the best of luck.

We have not put the newsletter out in a while because of both of these
storms. We were affected a lot by Katrina, and somewhat by Rita. At
least our family is safe, that is what is most important.

Just hang in there! If there is anything we can do to help, please let
us know, and we will try our best.

For those of you wondering about OldCoot, one of our great helpers at
the message board, I finally heard from him a few days ago. At that
time he was fine, but had no internet because his phone was still out.
I haven't heard from him in a few days again, and I do know that he
lives in the Pearl River area. He could have been affected again by
Rita. I pray not.
