Creole Fish Soup Recipe...March 02, 2004

Hi y'all

We added a really fun and free game to the website which
works on most people's computers! It's called the crab
race game
. 4 different colored crabs race against each
other from start to finish! See if you can pick the
winner! You don't have to download it, just play it on
our website!

Today's Recipe

Creole Fish Soup Recipe

1 lb Red snapper fish, boned/shredded
1 lb Shelled shrimp, diced
1 c Minced onion
1 c Diced potatoes
1 c Cooked strained tomatoes
1 T Butter or margarine
1 Bay leaf
Salt
Cayenne pepper
6 c Water
2 T Lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large
saucepan.

2. Simmer 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

3. Add lemon juice; stir and serve the creole fish soup
while warm.
